Returns Policy
We believe in our products and confident that they will protect you. If for any reason, you changed your mind, you can return the unused products to us within 30 days of your initial purchase, and we will be happy to refund the purchase amount. Please note:-
Unless a product is defective, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
Please make your choice carefully. You can always ask us for advice before purchase.

We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have.
Ship the items back to us, including your order details & Name. We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back to us. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at customerservice@rfpmedical.co.uk. Please provide the order details and pictures of the damaged package or goods.
